Can zoom in on pictures in Win Photo Viewer using. Anything with a splash screen or logo or anything like that is too slow. Had to reinstal my Win7 after not being happy with Win 10 download - found I cannot use my cordless Logitec M210 mouse to zoom in & out using scroll anymore - tried Mouse settings/Control Panel & Keyboard sett's - no settings for zoom there. Something that opens instantly and shows my image. That's the thing with Windows isn't it, always some small easily fixable fuck ups but they're never fixed in years and decades. And no I can't use the Photos app because its multi-display support is fucked up and always shows up on the same display no matter what. No I can't just use that because its color profile support is fucked up and makes everything super dark.

So what I'm looking for is simply something that opens common images, like Windows Photo Viewer. Now you can drag the mouse to view different parts of the image. In OSX you can just press space or use the Preview app, which is really awesome because it previews like any format ever. Single click mouse button to zoom-in and view the image in actual size(100). I often find it the case that Windows may not lack in big complex professional softwares, but it often lacks small little softwares that do simple things well, for example, just checking out a photo. People often say how OSX lacks program support.
